How do I place an order?
Choose a piece, click «Add to cart» and check out from your cart. If something isn't clear or you'd like advice before buying, message us on Instagram or use the contact form.
Can you help me choose a piece?
Yes. Send us a photo of the outfit or dress you're shopping for, and we'll suggest what will suit it. Message us on Instagram.
Can I try the jewellery on in person?
Yes, ETER jewellery is available in showrooms in several cities across Ukraine. You'll find the addresses on the Showrooms page.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Online by Visa or Mastercard, or with Apple Pay or Google Pay. Within Ukraine you can also pay cash on delivery at Nova Poshta, with a small prepayment.
Why is there a prepayment for cash on delivery?
The prepayment confirms your order and covers delivery if the parcel isn't collected. You pay the rest at the post office when you receive your jewellery.
Delivery
How do you deliver within Ukraine?
With Nova Poshta – to a branch, a parcel locker or by courier. We ship within 1-3 business days after your order is confirmed and send you the tracking number once it's on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Delivery to Europe costs 400 UAH and to other countries worldwide 900 UAH; the cost is added automatically at checkout. International orders can be paid online by card only.
Exchanges and returns
Can I exchange or return a piece?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the jewellery hasn't been worn, is in its original condition and the packaging is kept. Message us on Instagram or by email and we'll explain how to send the parcel. More details in our refund policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the jewellery simply wasn't right for you, the customer pays for return shipping. If it arrived damaged, we cover all costs.

How should I care for my jewellery?
Take your jewellery off before showering, swimming and sport. Apply perfume and cream before putting it on. Store each piece separately in a box or pouch so they don't scratch or tangle.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes, you can add a signature ETER gift box to your order – your jewellery will arrive ready to give.
Are there discounts on sets?
Yes, ready-made sets of necklaces and earrings cost less than buying the pieces separately – up to -30%.
